Extra Large Family Rooms are available to book for one cat @ £18.00 per day

We are Closed for admissions and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day and Easter Monday.
Peak tariff costs, for eg: One cat (standard room) staying from 06/04/2023 to 11/04/2023 (6 days) = £100.00
Payment accepted by cash, cheque (payable to: Lilling Green Farm Cattery), card (in office payment only) or BACS
Don't forget to take advantage of our 10% first time discount offer, even on peak time bookings!
Long Term Boarding Cats of 28 days plus, a further 10% discount will be deducted from total costs (excludes special offers).
A collection and delivery service is also available at a charge of £1.50 per mile.
There are NO extra charges for heating or insurance.
Individual tastes may be catered for however owners are kindly requested to provide prescription diet foods.
Minimum Non Refundable Booking Fee of £35.00 is required to secure your cats booking. Minimum Non Refundable Booking Fee of £60.00 at Peak Tariff Times.

Terms and Conditions
No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted. All cats will be examined on arrival, but the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health, pending advice from a Veterinary Surgeon.
An up to date vaccination certificate MUST be produced on arrival, and retained by us during your cats stay.
Payment of boarding fees is required on collection of your cat/s. We can accept cash or cheque (payable to Lilling Green Farm Cattery), however payment by BACS is also available prior to your cats stay with us. If you prefer to pay by BACS we can provide our bank details upon request.
A full days board is charged for the day of arrival and departure to allow for the necessary cleaning, disinfecting and preparation of the chalet.
In the event of owners coming in later, or returning earlier, the full period for which the chalet is reserved will be charged. We require an non returnable minimum booking fee of £35.00 to secure your booking. A minimum booking fee of £45.00 is chargeable for short stays of upto 3 days. Full payment is required for bookings made for peak periods, which includes bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter (please refer to our price list on our website for peak tariff charges). Cancellation of your booking needs to be NO less than 14 days of your cats stay, less than 14 days cancellation we will hold your booking fee in reserve for any future booking with us. Less than 7 days of your stay or non-arrival the total boarding fee will be due. Cancellation of bookings for Peak Tariff Periods booking fees will NOT be refunded.
We kindly request all cats are treated for parasites 7 days prior to their stay. If we find treatment is required during their stay we will treat and charges will be applicable for their treatment.
Unfortunately, we can not board male cats over the age of 6 months which have not been neutered as they can present hygiene hazards amongst other potential problems.
We reserve the right to separate cats boarded together from the same family where required in order to prevent unnecessary stress and anxiety should there be behavioral issues etc.
In the unlikely event of emergency within the premises cats will be re-located to a separate temporary location on site or to a registered vet surgery.
In the unlikely event of death or escape of a cat, owners and or registered emergency contact will be notified immediately and the catteries necessary steps taken.
Special offers and promotions can not be used in conjunction with other offers and can be withdrawn at our discretion.

Although every step is taken to ensure your cats health and safety whilst boarding with us, they are boarded at entirely their owners risk.
